I'm looking forward for the Autumn, where is it? Here in Palma we have 35 to 37 degrees (Celsius) in the afternoon, this is crazy, it's way hotter than during the summer!!!
That's OK, I guess I'll use this time to find myself a pair of brown leather, suede or leatherette/suedette shorts :)
A couple of weeks ago I got this cute sweater at Primark, it's forest green and has some synthetic animal hair on the shoulders, I think it'll look great with some nice brown shorts for Fall/Winter.

I'm looking for something like this, but a little cheaper if possible!

Estoy deseando que llegue el otoño, dónde está? Aquí en Palma ha hecho 35/37 grados (Celsius) al mediodía, es una locura, hace mucho más calor que en verano!!!
Bueno, no pasa nada, aprovecharé este tiempo para encontrar unos pantalones cortitos de piel, ante, polipiel o antelina, marrones :)
Hace un par de semanas me compré en Primark un jersey monísimo de color verde bosque con pelito (sintético) en los hombros, y creo que quedaría genial con unos shorts de estos para el otoño/ invierno.

Estoy buscando algo como esto, pero un poco más barato, si es posible!

Brunch at MILK

Searching for a vintage store in Paris, around Montmartre, we found a lovely place named "MILK" (Mum in her little kitchen). It was a super cute café, in which the owners, served a very complete brunch on the weekends for 20€, which it's OK for Paris. So we decided to reserve a table for us on Sunday.
We got there on the next day and it was crowded, so we felt relieved that we had our reservation already.
Everything was delicious; the owners, a lady and her husband/boyfriend, were soo nice, very kind and great cooks too! The decoration of the place was so cool, very vintage and girly. It also remind me of the old schools cafeterias.

Buscando una tienda vintage en Paris, cerca de Monmartre, encontramos un sitio encantador llamado "MILK" (Mum in her little kitchen-Mamá en su pequeña cocina). Era una pequeña cafetería súper mona, donde los dueños servían un "brunch" bastante completo durante el fin de semana por 20€, lo que en París no está nada mal. Así que decidimos reservar una mesa para nosotros para el domingo.

Llegamos allí al día siguiente y estaba a tope, menos mal que habíamos reservado.
Todo estaba delicioso; los dueños, una chica y su novio/marido, eran encantadores, súper majos y muy buenos cocineros! La decoración del sitio era súper chula, muy vintage y femenina. También me recordaba a un antiguo comedor de una escuela pequeña.

Hi guys!!
This summer I have spent some days in Paris, "city of the light".

My boyfriend and I have been together for 5 years, and as an aniversary present, Tom took me to Paris so we could visit the city us two.
I was in Paris several years ago, with my sisters, who I love, for a couple of days by newyear's eve, it was soooo cold we had to wear so many clothes we barely coudn't move, freezing!!!! Anyways I would go back to that time, we had so much fun, though we were kinda broke.This time has been very different, because of the temperature, the company, our budget, hahaha, and that we were there for 6 days.
Thank you so much love, I had a blast!

Este verano he estado unos días en París, "la ciudad de la luz".
Mi novio y yo hacíamos cinco años juntos, y como regalo de aniversario me ha llevado a París para que hiciésemos ese viaje juntos.

Yo había estado en París hace un montón de tiempo con mis hermanas, a las que adoro, pero sólo un par de días, por "fin de año", hacía tanto frío que recuerdo que llevábamos tanta ropa encima que casi no nos podíamos mover, heladas estábamos!!
Igualmente volvería a ese momento, nos lo pasamos genial, aunque estábamos peladas (de pasta y de frío, jaja)
Esta vez ha sido muy diferente, primero por la temperatura, por la compañía, nuestro presupuesto, jajajaja! y porque esta vez han sido 6 días.
Mil gracias amore, me lo he pasado increíble!

Next collaboration: Versace for H&M

A collection for man, woman and also home!! Available at H&M's selected stores from November
17th.
As Donatella said in the video, "they will be iconic pieces of Versace on iconic moments of the brand". The designs will have prints, leather, studs and gold details, as Versace usually does.
Also, from 19 January 2012, a pre-spring collection will be available only in countries with H&M
online sales, that sucks, unless by that time we have an online store at H&M.com.es!

Como comenta Donatella en el video, "serán piezas icónicas de Versace en momentos icónicos de la marca". Los diseños tendrán estampados, cuero, tachuelas y detalles dorados, como no podía ser de otra manera.
Además, desde el 19 de enero de 2012, habrá disponible otra colección exclusiva para aquellos países que dispongan de tienda H&M online. Lo que es una faena, teniendo en cuenta que en España, por ahora, no existe. Esperemos que para entonces contemos con una!!

Nixon watches

I love these watches!

A couple of years ago, actually, I think it was 3 years ago, I bought my boyfriend a watch from Nixon for Christmas. He just loved it, and so did I! It was kinda hard choosing one, because they had a great collection, and I liked them all. But I finally chose one called "The Banks", each model has a different cool name.
I can tell that it's a great watch, yesterday was the first time to change the battery.

Anyways, by that time the women collection was very short, there were about ten different designs.

But now they've kept up and the new collection is made up for more than forty models.

Nixon is an American brand which combines the best of the Swiss tecnhology with a wonderful design, the watches are amazing! And they also have a clothing line and cool accessories.

I wanted to write this post for a long time, but a couple of days ago, my boyriend had a present for me: my first watch from Nixon, so I found it the suitable time to write about it, since I'm already a user!

So, Tom thank you sooo much for this beautiful gift!!

Me encantan estos relojes!
Hace un par de años, bueno, en realidad creo que son tres, le compré a mi novio un reloj Nixon para navidades. Le encantó, y a mí también! Fue un poco difícil elegir uno, porque entonces ya tenían una colección increíble y me gustaron todos. Finalmente, escogí uno que se llama "The Banks", todos los modelos tienen nombres diferentes, muy creativos.

Además ha resultado ser muy buen reloj, ayer fue la primera vez que le cambiaba la pila.

Bueno, que me voy de lo que os quería contar, por aquél entonces la colección de mujer era muy escasa, creo que había unos diez modelos distintos.

Pero ahora se han puesto las pilas y la nueva colección de mujer tiene más de cuarenta diseños, cada cual más chulo!

Nixon es una marca americana que aúna la mejor tecnología suiza con un diseño fabuloso, además de innovador. Además tienen una línea de ropa y accesorios geniales.

Quería escribir este post desde hace tiempo, y hace un par de días mi novio me hizo un regalo: mi primer reloj Nixon! Así que pensé que era el momento idóneo para escribir sobre ello, ahora que ya soy usuaria!

I hope you like this post, which I wrote sincerely as a brand lover. Sometimes you just have to express how you feel about certain brands or products, just to let people know how cool or how great they are, and maybe recommend them. But I will also let you know when I find some products or brands that don't meet my expectations, it order to give you my advice.

II Jornadas de Blogs de Moda

Hola a todos!!! Qué tal el fin de semana? Espero que fenomenal!

Yo he pasado el mío en Madrid, para asistir a las II Jornadas de Blogs de Moda que se celebraron en el Museo del Traje.

Ha sido el primer evento al que he ido como blogger, y me ha encantado la experiencia, tanto por lo que me han aportado las conferencias como por la gente tan encantadora a la que he tenido la oportunidad de conocer.

En general han sido unas jornadas muy interesantes, tuvimos ponentes como Andy Stalman (Cato Partners Europa) que nos habló sobre las marcas, el branding y la blogosfera y nos proporcionó datos abrumadores sobre ello, como que en la actualidad sólo en España existen 220,000 blogs, cifra que aumenta a 150 millones en todo el mundo.

donde se ha hablado de las marcas, de los blogs desde varios puntos de vista, de la publicidad vinculada al mundo blogger, las tipologías que existen etc., la ética en los blogs, en cuanto a los posts y a la inserción de publicidad above y below the line...y otros aspectos de la moda y de cómo están interactuando con los blogs y otras plataformas online.

I think that her style has improved a lot since she's back in the music business.
She looks great with her new hairstyle, nothing close to what she used to wear when she was part of Destiny's Child, and she had short-short hair with blue and red streaks, she looks much better now, with bangs and long hair.

Creo que su estilo ha mejorado un montón ahora que está otra vez en el panorama musical.
El pelo así queda fenomenal. Lejos quedaron los cortes de pelo exagerados y las mechas rojas y azules (varias) que solía lucir cuando formaba parte de Destiny's Child, mucho mejor ahora con maxi flequillo y pelo largo.

I know it won't be as cheap as in the United States, but at least we'll have it closer!
I guess we'll have to fly to Barcelona more often... :)
For those of you that can't travel that much, you can shop online, and if you don't find too many things at the European site, try the American web, there are lots of cool clothes, and they're cheaper too, the only inconvinience are the shipping fees, but if you buy with your friends, it'll be almost nothing!

So be there tomorrow, June 4th at "La Maquinista" Shopping Mall, Barcelona, and get a 10% off on your purchase if you spend from 40€ and up!!!

I wish I could go, but I have a lot to study, so I will stay at home :(

So my sister Cris and I decided going to the flea market and sell some stuff we didn't use and was filling too much space on our closets in order to fit more new upcoming clothes.

It was crazy! we got there very early and people were searching for bargains before we had everything set :S It was stressful at first, but then we had a blast, it was soooo much fun, and we got some money too :D.

It was kinda messy, next time we'll make it better.

Mi hermana Cris y yo decidimos ir al mercadillo a vender esas cosas que teníamos en nuestros armarios ocupando demasiado espacio y que no utilizábamos, y así poder meter más adelante nuevas adquisiciones.

Fue una locura! llegamos allí súper temprano, y la gente ya rebuscaba gangas sin tener el chiringuito montado :S Fue un poco estresante al principui, pero luego nos lo pasamos genial, fue muy divertido y también sacamos algo de dinerito :D

Estaba un poco desordenado, la próxima vez lo haremos mejor.

Kirsten is a very pretty girl, but sometimes she ruins her look with an ugly dress like this. Even if that Proenza Schouler outfit that you wore - all of us remember - was brilliant, doesn't mean they all are, ok?
This is the worst part for me, because I am a huge fan of "B", and I think she's one of the most gorgeous woman ever, but when it comes to dress for red carpets...omg! I mean, she doesn't look that bad, because she's so pretty, but the dress looks like a Ming vase! By the way, is from Emilio Pucci.
For the last one, I'll just say that Amy Adams is wearing an ugly and shapeless dress, from L'Wren Scott.

Lo siento por ellas, por estar en esta "sección", pero eligieron los vestidos equivocados, sin excusas.
Vale, Naomi sigue teniendo el cuerpo de modelo, así que no sé qué estaría pensando cuando se puso eso...aunque sea de Alexander McQueen!
Kirsten es una chica muy guapa, pero a veces lo destroza con un vestido horrible como este. Aunque aquél conjunto que lució de Proenza Schouler fuese precioso - todos lo recordamos - no quiere decir que todas las prendas lo sean, ok?

Hi guys!

Since I wanted some make-up brushes but the ones I found were very expensive (around 15-30€ each), I decided to buy a nice brush set at Sigma, I guess you already heard from this site, make-up artists and bloggers.

I got the "MAKE ME COOL professional brush kit" which was 99 dollars for 12 wonderful and quality brushes!. I also got a kabuki, which was on sale (don't remember the price, though).
I'm sooooo happy with the purchase, the brushes are soft, they haven't lost any hairs, and the finish is amazing!

Como quería comprarme algunas brochas de maquillaje, y las que veía por ahí eran bastante caras ( de 15 a 30 € cada una!), decidí comprarme un buen kit de brochas en Sigma, supongo que habréis oído hablar de esta web a maquilladores y bloggers.

Me pillé el "MAKE ME COOL professional brush kit" que me costó 99 dólares, y viene con 12 brochas buenísimas! También me compré un "kabuki" que estaba en oferta, pero no recuerdo cuánto me costó.
Estoy encantadísima con el pedido. Las brochas son súper suaves, no han perdido pelo y el acabado es increíble!
