In between seasons you just don't know what to wear over your outfit to make it comfy so you can carry it during the daytime, in case of hot temperatures, but you will keep yourself warm at night.
The leather jacket (perfecto) is the best option if you're planning to be out all day, 'cause it goes great with almost every outfit, and it's very cool and trendy.
I like it better than a regular blazer, because it's warmer.
The trench or the parka are also for this time of the year, but for me it looks better during the daytime.

La cazadora o chupa de cuero (también llamada "perfecto") es la mejor opción si tienes pensado pasar todo el día fuera de casa, porque queda bien con casi todos los estilismos, es tendencia y mola.
Prefiero la "chupa" a la americana, porque abriga un poco más.
